Hoe Valley School is a small, four-form entry secondary school that opened in September 2015 to serve the local community of South Woking. The School follows the national curriculum and offers an extended day and allowing time for additional Maths, English, Enrichment and project based learning.  

Reporting to the School Business Manager, the job holder will provide key administrative and operational support to the School. The job holder will primarily be responsible for support within Finance, HR (including recruitment) and leading on the administration of School Admissions.     

As part of the School Administration Team reporting to the School Business Manager, the job holder will also provide administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team and the School as a whole to ensure the smooth running of the School.  

They will represent the values and ethos of the School at all times and put the safety and wellbeing of our students first.  The role is full-time (40 hours per week) with desired working hours of 9.00 – 5.30 daily, although there is some flexibility for the right candidate. There is an annual leave allowance of 25 days (excluding Bank Holidays) which will normally only be granted during School holidays.

-You will contribute to the journey and growth of the School in becoming outstanding and moving to our permanent home in September 2018 

- You will have experience in a comparable working environment in HR, Finance or Administration 

-You will have the essential qualifications required and be ICT literate with proficiency in a range of applications
