Denefield is seeking to appoint a School Administrator to join our friendly and supportive team of administrators. You will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to develop and maintain good relationships with a wide range of people. Candidates must be proficient at using all aspects of Microsoft Office, including Excel, and strong organisational skills are essential. Previous experience in a school environment is beneficial but is not a necessity. Full details of the post and the required skill set can be found in the job description and person specification.
Staff who opt into the Local Government Pension Scheme will receive a generous employer contribution equivalent to 22.6% of salary. In addition, we offer free on-site parking, an on-site nursery (run by an external provider), a bike-to-work scheme, and annual flu vaccinations.

Denefield School is an 11-18 academy in West Berkshire which provides secondary education for approximately 1,000 children and young people of both Reading and West Berkshire Local Authorities.
