Heathcote School is an 11 – 18 School that has a new Headteacher and a new vision. The school is on a rapid journey of improvement ensuring the ‘good’ status (Ofsted 2014/2018) is retained and for the school to ultimately become ‘outstanding’ in all areas. The School Improvement Plan (2017 – 2020) focuses on four key areas:

We are looking for a qualified and talented School Business Director to help us reach our ambitions. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate high impact in leading and managing school business, financial, premises, HR, administrative and IT provision. You will have excellent organisational, communication and IT skills and will be solution focused and emotionally intelligent. Please note we anticipate applications from the business as well as educational sectors.

The School Business Director will be part of the Senior Leadership Team and work strategically with our leaders to ensure the school improvement plan is rapidly realized and resources are used in the most effective way to improve pupil outcomes and ensure staff are able to provide the highest quality of learning and teaching.
