School Business Manager at our SEMH school

The Southover Partnership is a charity that provides education for children and young people with special educational needs in our own school and, through our thriving Outreach Service which provides tailored one‐to‐one and group tuition in mainstream schools or at home commissioned by schools or local authorities.

We are a unique educational establishment, set up as a charity, with an important and complex finance and business arm, and are looking for a dedicated and dynamic lead to help drive us forward in our quest to successfully support the young people we educate.

We are looking for a full time Business Manager who will be responsible for managing the strategy and operation of the business function of the Southover Partnership including compliance, financial management, human resources, health and safety, IT and general administration. You will be in a position to advise on and implement the day- to-day support that enables us to operated effectively and efficiently.

We would love to hear from you if you have a degree or other relevant qualification - preferably in accountancy, finance or business and can evidence successful leadership or management experience in an organisation

Working hours will be 8.30 to 4.30, Monday to Friday. (52 week contract)
