Job overview

City Academy opened in 2012. It puts the education and learning experience of the students at the heart of everything. As a results, it is a successful and growing inner City school. 

The appointment will deliver expertise in areas that support both long term strategic planning and the efficient and effective day to day running of the Academy. 

The person appointed will bring experience to the role and also have the opportunity to develop their skills in an education setting.This position requires:

The ability to think and plan strategically.

Effective time-management and flexibility.

Effective organisation and administration skills.

A team player who can contribute to the leadership of the school and be an effective line manager.

An excellent role model.

Personal ambition and drive.

Experience of working in education is desirable but not essential.
