Are you a committed and experienced administrator, finance administrator or School Business Manager and are looking for a new role?

The governing body of Benchill Primary School wish to appoint a new School Business Manager (SBM) due to our current SBM taking on a new role in another school.

Here at Benchill Primary School, we are passionate about our students and community and are committed to achieving our ambitious vision.  

This role is pivotal to the organisation, with responsibility for the overall management & leadership of our administrative functions, finance, catering, premises, health & safety and IT systems.

In this varied and interesting role; you will be leading a small, hardworking, professional team; you will be making strategic decisions that will have impact across the school and therefore we are looking for candidates that are comfortable working autonomously and demonstrate that they are a high performing team player. 

You will need excellent organisational and communication skills, must possess excellent leadership qualities and have the ability to successfully manage key priorities.

We are looking for a candidate who possesses the right skills to make a significant contribution to impact upon our school.

Benchill Primary School is committed to safeguarding, child protection and promoting the well-being of children and young people and expects all staff to share this commitment. The successful candidate will be subject to an enhanced DBS check prior to starting.

The successful applicant will be an articulate and influential communicator, have proven management/leadership skills, possess excellent numeracy and literacy skills and be in possession of Level 4 Diploma in Schools Business Management qualification (KM) or equivalent qualification or willingness to work towards with support of the school.
