Salary:  Scale 11 £39,135 - £41,028 (not pro-rata) 

Contract:  35 hours per week, term-time only

Downe Manor is a good school with a recent Ofsted in March 2017. To support us as we strive to become outstanding, we are seeking to appoint a talented individual to join our senior team and lead the business management at Downe Manor Primary School.

Key responsibilities of this role will include the leadership of HR, Finance, ICT and Administration as well as management of the PFI.
 

We are looking for candidates who are passionate about education, effective communicators and who can demonstrate the ability to operate strategically. You will need to have experience in leading and motivating teams and a strong understanding of business.
 

The successful candidate will be:

· Able to think strategically

· Experienced at school business, finance and resources management

· Skilled at managing systems and people

· Able to find creative solutions to problems.

· Innovative in using new technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

· Excited by the prospect of playing a senior role in an improving school.
