We are a thriving secondary school with sixth form that has recently joined the River Learning Trust. A member of the SLT, the successful applicant will be responsible for the line management of the school’s support services and site staff and will manage the school’s business, financial, HR, estate management and administrative functions. The role holder will also provide strategic and professional advice to the Leadership Team and Governing Body.
We are looking for someone who is:
- passionate about education and enhancing the opportunities for young people
- an excellent communicator
- well organised and efficient with time
- able to monitor, evaluate and plan strategically
- preferably with previous experience in a secondary education setting
