We are looking to appoint a suitably qualified School Counsellor with experience of working with and supporting students with emotional and psychological issues. The successful candidate will work closely with our pastoral team to promote and develop a healthy attitude to supporting mental health awareness and emotional well-being within the school community.
Candidates will need to demonstrate:
- The ability to assess and work flexibly according to the need of the student
- Knowledge and awareness of the issues relevant to working within an educational context
- A commitment of the safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people
