Job overview

We are seeking an experienced School Counsellor to join our Serenity team in Coulsdon.

This role is offered as an immediate start and you would be required to work term time only .

You would be required to provide high quality, one to one counselling sessions in-person or online where appropriate with our students.

 Offer pupils, a comfortable, safe, non-judgemental and confidential space to voice and explore their thoughts, feelings and worries, along with complex experiences and personal concerns and difficulties.

 Form and maintain strong and effective therapeutic relationships with children and young people with ASD, social, emotional and behavioural issues.

 We currently have 50 Students on roll at our Coulsdon School

 Our school is an all through provision and at capacity, we will have 100 students.

 The closing date for this advert is the 30th of November 2022, although we will be looking at applications as they come in and may shortlist in advance of the closing date.
