Headington School is looking for a qualified counsellor and a job share arrangement will be considered. The successful candidate/s will need experience of working with young and adolescent girls. You will have a warm, empathetic, approachable nature and excellent communication skills. You will be able to work well with other members of the Pastoral team.
This successful candidate/s will play a key role in the pastoral welfare of the girls and be able to provide advice and guidance to key staff and support the delivery of further training and their own professional development. This role requires you to be available from Monday to Friday to support girls in both the Prep and Senior School. You will be a flexible individual who can manage your appointments, administration and professional supervision within the working days/week.
