Hours: Full time term time only plus 2 weeks in the summer holidays, should include a 16:30pm finish on a Wednesday
Salary: £22,602-£24,910 (dependent on experience) actual salary £20776-£22898 (pro rata for term time)
This is a permanent role. Part time will be considered with the right hours.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a School Data Administrator at Undershaw Specialist School in Hindhead. We are looking for someone to have overall responsibility for the school’s information management system and handling all the data administration needs. You will support the school leadership with generating data and providing reports as required. Previous experience of SIMS (or similar database system) is essential and be proficient in Microsoft products, especially Excel. Attention to detail, organisational skills and good communication are a must for this role.
Skills required:
· SIMS or similar database system experience
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
· Good communication skills both written and verbal
· Ability to think creatively and problem solve.
· A great team player with a flexible “can-do” attitude
· Understanding or an interest in Special Needs Education and Disabilities
