Role

In liaison with the School Senior Leadership Team, provide assistance and support in strategic management of whole school Information and Communications Technology (ICT), including external and internal communications, and provide efficient and effective organisation of the school's assessment, reporting, recording and tracking systems. through the efficient management of the School's Management Information System (MIS).

This is a term-time role only plus 15 days. Working hours will be 25 hours per week. 


Main Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Lead in the development, maintenance and management of record/information systems.
  • Lead in the maintenance of the School's MIS (SIMS), including but not exclusively the setting up of accounts, access rights, system backups, upgrades and staff training.
  • Conduct the annual rollover process for setting up the new school year.
  • Create, manage and support the data input and record keeping of staff and pupil data through the provision of custom reports and fields in the MIS.
  • Support the School internal and external (parental) communications, including club and sports communications.
  • Liaise between the Senior Leadership Team, teaching staff and support staff.
