Job overview

Are you an ambitious, resourcing and talent professional who prides themselves on their ability to deliver the right people in the right place at the right time?  Do you want to be part of an organisation that is passionately committed to inspiring children and young people? If so, the role of  School Direct Resourcing Partner could be the one for you.

As an enthusiastic individual you will be responsible for providing specialist support, establishing advisory relationships that enable the Group to attract, recruit and retain the best Graduates to its School Direct teacher training programme.  Ultimately ensuring every academy has Graduates for their teacher training programmes. You will work as part of the wider Talent resourcing team to develop a pipeline of talent.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference and develop in this influential role.  We’re looking for someone who has already proven to be successful in a similar Graduate resourcing role, someone who has confidence to challenge the status quo, as well as the ability to coach others, harness creativity and network effectively.  Experience with UCAS  would be hugely beneficial.

The position is due to commence as soon as possible.

As the sponsor, AET believes that all young people deserve to become world-class learners – to learn, enjoy, succeed and thrive in a first rate educational environment with the best facilities, the best teaching and the most up-to-date resources available to them.  In each of our academies, you will benefit from visionary, inspirational and dynamic leadership and be empowered to develop your own skills with access to world-class CPD and Talent Management programmes.  You will also be entitled to the following benefits: a health cash plan, vehicle affinity scheme, childcare vouchers and Westfield rewards.

This position is required as soon as possible and is fixed term until 31 August 2018.  Interviews are available immediately so we would welcome early applications as applications will be reviewed on an ongoing basis.

We reserve the right to close this vacancy early should we receive an overwhelming response.  All candidates are advised to refer to the job description and person specification before making an application.

In line with our safeguarding practices we are unable to accept CV’s.  To apply for this position please click on the 'quick apply' button.

We are committed to safeguarding and protecting the welfare of children and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.  A Disclosure and Barring Service Certificate will be required for all posts. This post will be subject to enhanced checks as part of our Prevent Duty.

This will see us building our in-house education improvement capacity and expertise, making sure that our schools have all the support they need to deliver an excellent education for every child, every day.

Our people are our single greatest resource and we want to make sure we are creating the optimum environment and conditions so that everyone in AET can do their very best work.
