Based at Richmond Park Academy - London 

We are seeking to appoint a Estates Manager (BOS) to oversee our academies in the South East & West London/Surrey Area, including Richmond Park Academy in Chiswick, Wishmore Cross in Surrey and Kingsley Academy in Hounslow.

As part of the National Building Operations team, you will have an operational and supervisory role, managing the academies' Building Operations Assistants across the three sites, focused on ensuring the safe, economic and effective operation of all Trust buildings and grounds.

You will have previous experience of premises management or building management, be highly motivated, organised, full of initiative, and common sense, with a proven ability to work effectively under pressure. You will have the ability to lead and relate well and build positive relationships with staff and key stakeholders.
