Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Catholic College is a co-ed school with students from T-12 at three campuses in Alice Springs, Northern Territory. We have outstanding staff, facilities and programmes to enhance student learning.


The Finance Officers role is primarily to assist the College Finance Business Manager with the financial management of the whole College.

Duties would include, but are not limited to:

  • Daily banking and reconciliation
  • Creditor invoicing
  • Family and debtor invoicing
  • Debt collection follow-up
  • Payroll processing
  • filing and general office duties


Essential criteria include:

  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Ability to gain and maintain an NT Working With Children Card
  • Hold a current driver's licence
  • Hold a Certificate III or IV in Finance as a minimum requirement.

This is a 25 hour/week contract position with possible permanency to be offered to the right applicant. An immediate start is required and the contract will run to close of business on 22 December 2020.
