Tove Learning Trust has recently undergone a rapid period of expansion and now with eight schools across Northamptonshire/Buckinghamshire and the West Midlands, we are looking to expand our central team to help manage this growth and support a period of consolidation and improvement across the multi-academy trust (MAT).

We are seeking an exceptional educational practitioner with the expertise, energy and enthusiasm to guide teaching and learning across the schools in the West Midland hub to become outstanding. The role will be based at one of the West Midland hub schools, either Grace Academy Darlaston, Grace Academy Solihull or Grace Academy Coventry. The role will combine a 40% teaching timetable with leading and driving excellence in teaching in schools in the hub.

The successful candidate will:

  • be an experienced and outstanding classroom teacher,
  • have a demonstrable ability to establish a positive and motivational performance culture,
  • secure outstanding achievement across a range of subjects that exceeds national, regional and local expectations through observation, scrutiny, interviews, coaching and action planning,
  • have to meet the person specification and will be required to apply for a DBS disclosure.

Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK. As travel is required between sites, you must have access to a reliable means of transport in order to carry out your duties.
