Are you passionate about learning?  Do you aim to develop independent enquiry in children and young people and encourage a lifelong love for learning?  The Education Alliance comprises South Hunsley School and Sixth Form College, Malet Lambert School and Hunsley Primary.  Committed to delivering high quality teaching and learning the Alliance wishes to continue to build on its success, sharing best practice, innovation and skills across the partnership.    South Hunsley School and Sixth Form College is seeking to appoint a leader to commence 01 May 2017 to actively support the vision and values of The Education Alliance, the post holder will provide support to schools with the aim of raising standards of learning and achievement for all students. Responsible for developing leadership capacity in schools, the post holder will use effective analytical and problem solving skills, utilising a coaching and facilitative approach to drive improvements, thus contributing to improved outcomes for students.  The Education Alliance has developed excellent relationships with a wide number of schools and academies through South Hunsley’s lead role in the Wolds Teaching School Alliance.   It is an exciting time to join The Education Alliance and we invest heavily in professional development to enable our staff to flourish, continually learn and develop and access in-house career opportunities.  We have high aspirations for students and staff and we want everyone to be successful.

We are part of The Education Alliance, a growing multi-academy trust, currently consisting of South Hunsley School and Sixth Form College, Malet Lambert School, Driffield School and Sixth Form, The Snaith School, Hunsley Primary School, North Cave Church of England Primary School and Howden Junior School. We are also proud partners of Yorkshire Wolds Teacher Training and the Wolds Associate Research School.
