Due to the high demand for our outstanding services, The Education People are expanding our School Improvement and Skills & Employability team and have vacancies for School Improvement leadership roles.

If you are a highly qualified education professional and an expert in your field from any of the following backgrounds:

  • Subject Leaders – Are you an experienced middle leader with a track record of curriculum design and improvement? As an expert in your field, you will have the opportunity to shape area-wide strategies, to innovate and develop cutting-edge solutions and to share your knowledge and skills with other schools
  • Senior Leaders – As an experienced senior leader, you will have the opportunity to take time out from your school to share your skills, whilst further developing your experience of different working environments. An ideal experience to support your development towards headship.
  • Executive Leaders – Providing strategic school improvement support and challenge for a variety of schools with varying needs. You will be able to utilise your experience in leading schools to make a significant difference to the provision in others, actively improving the quality of education for many more children and young people.

 

We recognise the need for our team to be experts in the field and have recent or current practitioner knowledge. We have a range of recruitment options, including:

  • Secondments – part-time or full-time; short, medium or long term,
  • Consultants – retainer and exclusivity options,
  • Substantive posts with flexible working arrangements.
