Job overview

We are looking for School Improvement Managers who can join our team within our office near Canary Wharf to make a difference at schools in their attainment and progress measures across the country. Ideally, we are looking for someone to work in our office on a full time basis, Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm.

The successful candidate will be managing our team to support schools and contribute to the organisation to expand our consultancy services.

RAISEonline Training has been supporting schools for over 10 years. Our mission is to support to schools through the provision of quality and multifaceted training, consultancy and our ASSET for Schools software.

We provide training courses across the country at schools and in major cities. On a day to day basis, you will be organising our training courses with the team and responding to any enquiries. You will be also dealing with our Asset for schools software inquiries and enhancing our Advanced Statistical Software Evaluation Tool for School Improvement.

The responsibilities within this role will largely involve liaising with the pilot clients, members of the team within the office and the developers to advance the software to better support Senior Leaders with the improvement of their schools. Further to this, the role will involve delivering demonstrations and promoting of this software at schools and online nationally. There is uncapped commission available for the successful promotion of this software.

Essential:

  • Good knowledge of RAISEonline
  • Ability to communicate effectively to school staff
  • Good IT Skills
  • School improvement experience
  • Flexibility in travelling to client sites as required
  • Highly developed understanding of the importance of school improvement service
  • Comfortable working with a minimum of direct supervision
  • Experience of teaching or working in a local authority or school
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Logical with a methodical approach to achieving tasks and objectives
  • Ability to work alone with minimal direct supervision
  • Be well organised and possess good time management skills
  • Ability to confidently and effectively present to, and train others

Desirable:

  • Teaching experience in RAISEonline and/or Fischer Family Trust reports.

The successful candidate will have previous history of working with schools or local authorities, and will ideally have a Maths, Science or IT background and strong knowledge of RAISEonline.
