School Meals Supervisory Assistant

Do you want to be a key player in our SMSA team? We are looking for someone committed and enthusiastic to be a part of our effective lunchtime team. We will be offering full induction to the successful candidate.

Work Hours: 7.5 hours per week plus 30 minutes meeting time to attend over a month;

Work Pattern: Term time only (38 weeks per year);

Salary: Scale 1c, points 2-3 (£3,697 - £3,764 p.a.)

The role will entail:  

• Helping supervise students during the lunch hour. 
• Engaging pupils in play activities.
• Keeping our pupils safe.
• Communicating effectively with both adults and pupils.

Previous experience of working with children is highly desirable. This can be as voluntary work.
