This is an opportunity for an experienced nurse to join one of the UK’s leading schools and play a key role providing a clinically effective, high-quality service of nursing care to pupils and first aid care to all members of the school community.
Your responsibilities will include supervising the medical room and taking care of sick, injured or distressed individuals, as well as reviewing and monitoring health records of pupils and working with teachers to identify children with particular developmental concerns.
You will also work with parents, carers, specialist health professionals and others to develop, implement and monitor in-school care plans for pupils with complex health needs.
You will need an appropriate nursing qualification with an awareness of current developments in school nursing services, primary care and health promotion.
If you have relevant experience and want to help intelligent and inquisitive, energetic and engaging pupils we would be delighted to hear from you.
