Responsible for: Receptionist/Admin Assistant and Site Manager
Purpose of the Role:
To establish and provide a comprehensive and effective administration and office support to the School, being responsible for the day to day running of the school office.
Co-ordinating the updating and production of the school’s prospectus, other publications and other forms of marketing.
Liaising with the Trust and then advising on compliance with legislation and guidance, for example, DFE, data protection, Freedom of Information Act, school admissions, etc..
Supporting and encouraging the school’s ethos and its objectives, policies and procedures
Until the appointment of additional staff to the school office, the post holder will be expected to provide the main point of contact for parents and visitors, ensuring communication channels are effective.
Responsibilities include: Administration, Attendance, Admissions, Financial Management and Accounting, HR, Safeguarding, Health and Safety, Fire Safety, First Aid, Premises, Business Continuity and Extended Schools Activities.
