A confident welcoming, professional school office secretary and administrator is required for St Christopher’s School in Epsom which is a busy and thriving independent school for 3-7 year olds.

We are looking for a well organised, efficient and dedicated person to help run the school office and reception area which provides a welcoming, efficient and reliable clerical and administrative support to the school community. 

The role requires an energetic person who enjoys working in a busy environment and has a desire to provide outstanding support to the school staff team, families and visitors. The person needs to learn on the job, using their own initiative and have excellent communication skills. You will be the first point of contact for the school community and flexibility and a cheerful disposition is essential for this role. The post holder must have good IT skills with a solid knowledge of all MS office packages.
