About the role

We are seeking a suitably qualified, highly motivated School Officer to join the College's Administrative Support Team.  

The successful applicant will have experience and knowledge in:

  • office administration procedures
  • data entry
  • document preparation
  • appointment scheduling and other office functions
  • First Aid & medical data management

This position requires an ability to form excellent professional relationships with students, parents and staff, and have high level interpersonal and communication skills.
In addition, the successful applicant will have a high level of experience and strong skills in a range of computer packages.

To be eligible to be considered for this role you will:

  • hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement;
  • be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment; and
  • have a commitment to and understanding of the ethos and traditions of Catholic Education.


Estimated start date: 
Commencing January 2023

Position tenure:  Continuing

Weeks worked:  School term weeks only (holidays unpaid)

Total Paid Hours (per week) & days required: 5 days/week (38 hours/week) Monday to Friday

Salary level, range or hourly rate: School Officer Level 4 - $33.52 per hour
