OLA is an independent, coeducational day school located just outside Oxford which provides a warm, supportive atmosphere in which exceptional pastoral care and an innovative, inclusive culture underpin all that we do.
We are looking for a conscientious, reliable person to join our small office team in the role of receptionist. The successful candidate will be a team player with initiative, highly organised, efficient and with a flexible approach. The ability to work proactively and be willing to assist with whatever tasks present themselves on the day are key attributes for this post.
This is a full-time role, working term-time plus 10 additional weeks over the course of the academic year. Full-time hours are 8.00am to 5.30pm with a one-hour lunch break, Monday to Friday. The role may also be considered as a job share and applications are invited on this basis also.
