We are seeking a welcoming, professional and forward-thinking Receptionist to join our school administration team. You will work collaboratively as part of a team in our busy office, serving the needs of students and families at Sts Peter and Paul's.

Typical duties include:
•    answering phone calls;
•    handling enquiries and reception counter;
•    student, parent and staff liaison;
•    correspondence;
•    student absentee recording;
•    data entry;
•    sick bay and first aid duties;
•    supporting the leadership team and other administration tasks as required.

You must possess good clerical skills with a working knowledge of BCE systems including eMinerva, along with Microsoft Office. A high level of communication and interpersonal skills are required. Along with a Blue Card, you should hold or be prepared to obtain a First Aid Certificate.

Total Paid Hours (per wk) & Days Required: 35 hrs/wk - Mon to Fri

Salary Level, Range or Hourly Rate: School Officer Level 3 - $29.77 per hour

Employment Conditions:  Diocesan Catholic Education Employing Authorities in Queensland Single Interest Agreement

This position involves working with children.  The appointment of successful applicants will be subject to satisfactory employment screening for child related employment in accordance with the law.
