We are seeking to appoint a School Secretary to assist the Office Manager through the provision of secretarial and administrative support in running an effective, efficient and professional School Office. The successful applicant will play a major role in the day-to-day life of the School Office and will need to be highly motivated, show a significant degree of initiative and be able to work efficiently and calmly, even at times of particular pressure. Interpersonal and communication skills of a high order will be required. The post requires a positive person with a cheerful and co-operative disposition, who is able to pay attention to detail, be flexible in their approach and to have first class literacy, typing and computer skills; experience of SIMs.net and Wisepay is desirable.
