Knightsbridge School has a wonderful opportunity for an enthusiastic, personable, highly organised school secretary to join its busy admin team. In this role you will work at the very heart of the school and play a key part in ensuring that day to day life at the school runs smoothly. The successful candidate will be able to multi task, have a great eye for detail and take great pride in making the school a happy place for our little learners. Although an educational background is desired this is not compulsory. 

Educating 420 children from 3 – 14, Knightsbridge School is a school with a difference. We take full advantage of our city location whilst also creating a warm and nurturing environment in which to support and guide our pupils as they flourish. About Knightsbridge School

Knightsbridge School is an independent, mainstream, mixed preparatory school for children aged three to thirteen. Located in central London, it has approximately 398 students. 

Knightsbridge School opened in September 2006, housed in two mansions, and has since redone much of its décor. There are now well-equipped classrooms, a science laboratory, an ICT suite, an in-house catered dining hall, a performing arts studio, music rooms, a library and an art studio.

The preparatory school aims to establish a love of learning in each student by creating a positive and stimulating environment. Teachers strive to provide a holistic, balanced and varied curriculum so each pupil can reach their full academic potential. The values they promote are: mutual respect, independent thinking, positive attitudes and participation. 

Knightsbridge School concentrates on classical education, with an emphasis on literacy and reasoning, as well as encouraging children to take part in extra-curricular activities. It offers an extensive programme, from judo and fencing to ballet and cookery. A modern language, either Italian, Spanish, Mandarin or Greek, must also be taken alongside French lessons.

Pupils of all abilities, including those with SEND or EAL and the more able, make rapid progress. Many older pupils are successful in gaining entry to highly selective senior schools.”
