We are seeking a highly organised and proactive secretary to join our team in a role essential to the effective operation of the school. The successful candidate must be able to present a calm and professional manner, with a flexible approach to the job and the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast moving environment. Effective communication is essential, together with a thorough knowledge of MS Office applications.
This is a full-time position working 40 hours a week over 5 days, plus a Saturday morning every other week during term time. Weekday shifts are either 8:00am-4:30pm or 9:15am-5:45pm, on a rota basis. This is working 45 weeks a year (33 weeks of term time plus 12 weeks in the school holidays). Salary is £24,347 per annum, based on an hourly rate of £12.11.
