Job overview
Monday to Friday, 8.30am-4pm (30 minutes unpaid lunch) - 35 hours per week, 38 weeks pa (34 Term time plus four weeks)
We are looking for an experienced secretary to provide effective secretarial and administrative support to the Deputy Heads, Assistant Heads and related management roles as requested by Senior Leadership.
Successful candidates should have strong IT skills and proven administrative and organisation skills with the ability to work to targets and deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills and a commitment to accuracy and high quality work are essential.

Aldenham School is an independent, mixed day and boarding school for pupils aged 3 to 18. The school was established in 1597 and still sits on the same site.
The governing body of the school includes representatives from local bodies including the Brewer’s Company and the Diocese of St Albans. It is operated by the Aldenham School Charity, and has 800 pupils.
