Sir Christopher Hatton Academy, The Pyghtle, Wellingborough, Northants
Salary: £25,000 FTE (Indication of actual salary: c£21,000 per annum)
Hours: 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (term time + 5 days)
We are looking to recruit an experienced and suitably qualified individual as School Staff Instructor (SSI); to establish and develop a combined cadet force (CCF) at the Academy. The successful candidate will be committed to developing the very highest standards for the CCF through outstanding support and commitment to this new venture. The candidate will be well qualified with recent relevant experience and be able to add significant value to the CCF and the Academy. The post holder will also support the Academy with a Pastoral role (to be mutually agreed).
We are looking for:
• A self-motivated SSI Leader who will use their initiative to contribute effectively to the development of the programmes of work across the Academy.
• An individual who is passionate about the CCF with the ability to think creatively to generate the growth. and engagement of CCF with both students and adults across the Academy.
• Candidates with experience and an understanding of children within their family context.
