  • Undertaking the role of designated School Effectiveness Partner with a number of Bracknell Forest primary schools;
  • Contributing to a programme of professional development for school-based staff;
  • Being responsible for monitoring and evaluating the quality of EYFS provision in schools, delivering key messages and updates through EYFS network meetings and providing CPD and support in the EYFS for school leaders and teachers;
  • Supporting the marketing and delivery of our school improvement Service Level Agreement with Bracknell Forest.

The benefits you will experience are…

  • Regular opportunities for development with internal and external training courses.
  • An inclusive and social working environment.
  • Flexible working opportunities including a flexi-time scheme.
  • A great office location next to travel links and the regenerated town centre.
