The primary role of the leader of Wellbeing & Safeguarding is to develop, implement, promote and amend policies, processes and practices that result in an effective ‘Culture of Care’ and ensure the welfare and well-being of students and staff. This includes all aspects of the ISHCMC Culture of Care, safeguarding initiatives, school-wide wellbeing initiatives and to serve as the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL).
