Teachers at LeAF Studio School are expected to be excellent classroom practitioners with strong subject knowledge and a high level of emotional intelligence. An understanding of Dual-Careers are important to support our students. You will have strong communication skills and the ability to build good relationships with pupils, parents and staff whilst also being able to:

• Demonstrate professionalism consistent with the Trust’s values: aspirational, collaborative, inclusive, innovative and responsible

• Develop/Enhance a unique dual-career curriculum designed to support and guide young athletes through their learning journey at LeAF Studio and beyond.

• Develop professional links with industry based clubs, institutions and governing bodies.

• Show a keen interest in evidence based research within dual-careers and sport sciences.

• Contribute to extra-curricular provision offered by the department.
