As class teacher, you will be able to demonstrate your excellent teaching leading to better outcomes for children, able to build positive relationships with parents and work collaboratively with colleagues across school. You’ll be a resilient, determined, reflective and calm professional who can understand the challenges school faces but wants to be part of a team which will transform the future for our children.
