Dukhan      

Dukhan is a purpose built town on the West coast of Qatar that is populated by QP staff and their children. We are a community school that has been operating since 1954, offering a British style education to a wide variety of students.  
The school has an amazing international ethos and is honoured to be at the centre of our Dukhan community, educating approximately 1400 children from 3 to 18 years of age, representing over 30 different nationalities.

Mesaieed

We are a newly established school, 8 years old, operating within purpose built premises that are well equipped to support excellent teaching and learning opportunities across a broad and balanced curriculum. 

The school has an amazing international ethos and is honoured to be at the centre of our Mesaieed community, educating approximately 1400 children from 3 to 18 years of age, representing over 40 different nationalities.

We seek to develop cutting edge educational thinking amongst our teaching staff, to encourage creative, critical and analytical young people, opening up doors to a world of opportunities and possibilities.

We are seeking a teacher who is either an outstanding practitioner within their field, or who has the clear capacity to become so, and who will:

  • Ensure the children are cared for in a happy, safe and stimulating environment.
  • Be responsible for encouraging and developing further our culture of inspiration, enjoyment and success.
  • Deliver student-centred, engaging and stimulating learning activities.
  • Draw upon recent National Curriculum experience to lead the development of a rich and diverse curriculum.
  • Provide language rich learning environments to expedite English language acquisition.
  • Maintain accurate and informative assessment records that link to core subject data and show critical analysis of the progress and achievement for all children while developing ‘life after levels’ assessment within the department.
  • Actively participate in and offer areas of staff CPD
