Science Teacher at Newstead Wood School

Newstead Wood School is an outstanding, selective, high-achieving grammar school for girls with a mixed Sixth Form. Our lessons move at a fast pace and students are routinely challenged in their thinking. All of the Sciences are very popular subjects and students come to their lessons with high expectations and a desire for active and complex learning.
We are seeking to appoint a Science teacher to join our team from September 2018. You will be able to demonstrate the professional and personal qualities necessary to inspire our highly motivated and very capable students across all three Key Stages, 3 to 5. An ability to teach Physics, Key Stages 3 to 4 would be an advantage. NQT applications will be considered.

Newstead Wood is situated in Orpington in the London Borough of Bromley and there are excellent rail links to both London Bridge and Victoria Stations.
