More about the role available:

We're recruiting a dedicated and passionate teacher of KS3 and KS4 Science to cover an ongoing opportunity our client has available to commence for January 2019. The role will be for the remainder of the academic year for the right candidate on a full-time basis.

The school in question is a Secondary Academy based in Manchester, located very conveniently for anyone travelling from in or around South Manchester. 

The school is a small Catholic 11 - 16 Secondary based in the Manchester LEA in Greater Manchester. Very well-situated for anyone using public transport and/or commuting with ample parking.  The school have been recently awarded a 'Good' rated Ofsted and described as a school with high academic standards where pupils learn well and have positive behaviour.  The SLT are described as people who pride themselves on building good  and caring relationships with pupils and staff alike. 

To be considered for the Science Teacher role you must:

Be a passionate and innovative Science Teacher with KS3 and KS4 experience, with any specialism. 

Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or QTLS

Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of secondary teachers who put children at the heart of everything they do

Have a passion for teaching with the ability to plan and deliver inspiring lessons

Have very high expectations of students and staff alike
