You must be thoroughly dedicated and committed to driving standards and raising achievement through the delivery of outstanding lessons. We encourage both NQTs and experienced Teachers to apply.

About us

We are situated in Peterborough, one of the UK’s fastest-growing cities, and as part of the Greenwood Academies Trust (GAT), we are transforming the life chances of our pupils by ensuring that every child can succeed, despite the challenges they may face.

The key to our future success is based on an effective partnership between pupils, staff and parents. We will always aim to build positive, trusting and long-lasting relationships to support our pupils to be the best they possibly can be.

We promote high-quality learning as an entitlement for all pupils, no matter which courses they choose. Our Academy buildings create exciting environments which stimulate and enrich pupils’ learning. We also make use of a wide range of state-of-the-art technology.

In return

We are part of the Greenwood Academies Trust (GAT), a highly successful Trust with a proven track record for school improvement. The Trust provides centralised services and support to enable staff to focus on teaching. Being part of the Trust means that we are able to share specialist best practice and work collaboratively with colleagues in other academies. As a GAT employee, you will receive excellent opportunities for career progression and access to bespoke CPD from our Learning Alliance to enhance your professional growth.

We believe in looking after the people who make a huge difference to our children, their families and the communities we serve.
