The Science Department is forward thinking department, committed to engaging and enthusing students through an enquiry based approach to learning. The Department is motivated and ambitious to ensure its students fulfil their potential and achieve highly, and are looking for a likeminded colleague to join their strong and successful team. Results show our students make excellent progress – our GCSE results are significantly above the national average – and over 70% of students move on to science courses post-16.

You will be a key member of the Department, creating a passion for Science and committed to quality learning for all pupils and students across all key stages. You should be able to teach all three sciences up to KS4, ideally Physics or Chemistry to KS5 and have the desire and capacity to bring about outstanding  learning in the classroom.

Payment on Teacher Main Scale or Upper Pay scale depending on experience.
