Internationella Engelska Skolan in Västerås is seeking a qualified Science teacher to join our fantastic working environment. The position is to start as soon as possible, after October half term at the latest.

Internationella Engelska Skolan (IES) is a highly successful school group in Sweden with students receiving high grades and a diverse and energetic staff. We have around 21, 400 students enrolled in our 30 schools across the country with approximately 2,300 members of staff.

IES provides an international and stimulating environment, where commitment, professionalism and the English language are common denominators. We work in an environment where teachers can teach and students can learn. Our schools are bilingual and we follow the Swedish National Curriculum, with many subjects, including Science, taught in English whilst incorporating Swedish culture and traditions.

Västerås is situated on the shores of Lake Mälaren and is a growing city in central Sweden. The school is for children aged 10 to 16 and has 750 students enrolled.
