The School

GEMS FirstPoint School is in the fourth year of its operation and is situated on The Villa community in Dubai. It is a Premium British Curriculum School currently providing an excellent standard of education for over 1700 students from FS1 to Year 13 students, with plans to grow to over 3500 in the coming years.

The school has grown rapidly and continues to be popular with families from across Dubai with over 90 nationalities represented. We are housed in state of the art buildings with separate sports and performing arts centre, swimming pools, theatre, sports hall, drama and music rooms. Our main building contains specialist facilities, such as, a robotics and electronics lab, food technology kitchen, textiles and design suite, science labs and much more.

Our curriculum offers a full, broad and balanced range of learning opportunities both in and out of the classroom, with a particular emphasis on enterprise and technology teaching to all year groups.

Science Teachers – September 2018

Due to continued expansion we are looking for outstanding Science Teachers to join our team in September 2018
 

We are looking for outstanding teachers who are excited to join our world class schools and are driven to provide education at an exceptional level. GEMS teachers enjoy an outstanding school environment in which to deliver a dynamic and creative curriculum to motivated students.
 

Applicants will have solid and demonstrable Science teaching experience in either Biology, Chemistry or Physics at Key Stage 3, 4 and 5 in the I.B or UK National Curriculum.
 

Applicants must be fully qualified teachers with at least 1 year post qualifying experience, however we will consider applications from NQT’s
