Job overview
We are seeking to appoint a Science Technician to organise the provision of practical support for the relevant curriculum area for staff and pupils at all key stages in the academy. To assist the respective head of department in securing an environment in which pupils can safely pursue investigative practical work.

About Fowey River Academy
Fowey River Academy is a mixed, non-selective, non-denominational secondary school situated in Fowey, Cornwall. There are approximately 684 students at the school, between the ages of 11-16.
Fowey River Academy was established in 1692 as Fowey Free School, opening to 30 pupils from low income families. The school has since been a boarding and grammar school throughout the years. In 2014, it received academy status, changing its name from Fowey Community College to Fowey River Academy.
