Job overview
We wish to appoint a part time science technician to work with our lead technician as part of a large science team. We are a friendly and collaborative department who share a passion for all things science and an enthusiasm for developing the investigative skills of our learners. Our technicians play a key role in this, supporting and providing technical advice for both learners and teachers. We are looking for an energetic and organised individual who shares this enthusiasm.
This position is for three days per week, term time only.

About Lawnswood School
Lawnswood School is a mixed, non-denominational community secondary school and sixth form for pupils aed 11-18. It is located in West Park, Leeds, West Yorkshire.
The school, founded in its current form in 1972, has capacity for up to about 1,500 pupils. Its predecessor schools were the Leeds Modern School, a boys' grammar school, and Lawnswood High School for Girls.
