Science Technician (Part Time)

Box Hill School is a co-educational community of 425 girls and boys aged 11 to 18, whose educational ideals and practice are designed to get the best out of each student. The school follows the philosophy of Kurt Hahn, founder of Gordonstoun in Scotland: while placing academic work at the heart of a school, Hahn stressed the importance of an all-round education as a preparation for life.

We are looking to appoint a Science Technician to join a small and friendly team of Technicians within the school’s Science department. The successful candidate would be working with the direction of the Senior Science Technician providing efficient technical support for the science department ensuring the maintenance of a healthy and safe working environment for everyone.  We aim to appoint colleagues who will involve themselves whole-heartedly within our community.

A job share would be considered for this post for the right candidates.

30 hours per week Monday to Friday term time only with 1 additional week during the school holidays.
