SCIENCE TECHNICIAN (Scale 2)/PROGRESS ASSISTANT (TA Grade 2) 

35 hours per week, term time only (split 25hrs/10hrs)

(£12,307 - £12,999 actual)

Required as soon as possible, a Science Technician/Progress Assistant to work in the Science Department as follows:

  • Under the direction and control of the Senior Science Technician, assist in providing practical support to teaching and learning the Science Curriculum.
  • To provide support for students in Key Stage 3 & 4 with their Science lessons.

About Trinity High School and Sixth Form Centre

Trinity High School and Sixth Form Centre is a mixed, non-selective, non-denominational secondary school with sixth form in Worcestershire, serving students from the age of 13-18. The secondary school, situated in Redditch has approximately 934 students on record.

Formerly Redditch County High School, the school opened in 1932, being renamed to Abbey High School in 1974 when it changed from a grammar to a comprehensive school. The school reopened as Trinity High School and Sixth Form Centre in 2001, and in the same same year converted to academy status. It was identified as good by Ofsted in 2015.
