Full time, term time only + 5 days to be worked in the school holidays

We require an organised and forward-thinking member of staff to support the Science Department in the delivery of the practical elements of the Science Curriculum primarily supporting the Chemistry and Physics departments. 

Excellent people skills and attention to detail are essential, as is a can do attitude and ability to manage and prioritise a varied workload. An ability to follow detailed instructions in the setting up of science experiments will be essential and a science qualification or laboratory experience will be required. Previous school experience is desirable.

A term time only appointment, the hours of work will be 8.00am to 4.00pm, Monday – Friday. The post is for 42 working weeks, which includes all term-time days, staff training days and 5.6 weeks holiday per annum.

The salary will be in the range of £19,800 – £21,700 per annum (FTE), depending on experience and qualifications.
