Science Technician

We seek to appoint an experienced Science Technician who will relish joining the Science department of our Catholic College in Twickenham that was rated Outstanding by Ofsted in both the Primary and Secondary schools in February 2015.

You will be a qualified scientist, passionate about inspiring young people to engage with all aspects of Science, particularly, though not exclusively, through the support and encouragement of practical experiments.

We opened in September 2013 and are heavily oversubscribed in both schools. We have pupils in Years 7, 8 & 9, together with Reception, Year 1 & 2. We will begin our Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 2 provision in September 2016. Our VI form provision is due to begin in September 2018.

The successful candidate will have the exciting opportunity to help shape, lead and develop Science in our 4-18 College, and to develop the College as a whole. This will be an enviable opportunity for someone with vision, energy and the ability to inspire others.
