Do you possess a keen interest in the Sciences and have the skills to support our students with practical experiments? 

Are you a talented and committed Science Technician looking to join a great school on the London / Surrey borders?  Due to retirement, we are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Science technician to join our successful team. 

We are not just looking for anyone; we are searching for the right person to join us ideally from November 2021. You will have a key role to play in supporting laboratory practical lessons from Year 7 to 11.  

Science laboratory experience within a school environment would be an advantage, as would a Science qualification. You will be responsible to the Senior Science Technician in co-ordinating the use and development of practical resources and facilities, including the provision of guidance and support in meeting the practical requirements of the Science curriculum, liaising with all areas of the school and outside organisations.

The working hours are 08.30 -15.30 Monday to Friday - Term Time plus INSETS, although we will consider alternative hours for the right candidate. The actual salary (dependant on experience): £12,462 - £16,975  (FTE £16,628 - £20,955)

A warm welcome to Sunbury Manor School, a proudly comprehensive, mixed 11-16 Single Academy Trust school with approximately 1100 student on roll, with capacity to grow.
